My goal is simple. Teach people how to eat again. We have gotten so far away from the purpose of food in relation to our bodies that it has become our enemy. Diets have become the penalty for "eating" and used to achieve weight loss goals neglecting health. I created Un-Diet to complete flip this paradigm back to its normal setting, against the current ways of the Food Industry. But with knowledge, we are given the tools to change and not be a product of circumstance. Un-Diet is about giving these very tools to everyone. Food is fuel. Food is medicine. Food is energy.
